The position

The property is located within the municipal area of ​​Carpegna, in a hilly area about 500 meters above the sea level. The farmhouses can be reached both from the Marches and from the Tuscan side, from Sestino along a country road in good maintenance conditions (better the second one). At about 5 km from Sestino, from the white country road you need to use about 1 km of rough local road to reach the property.

Farmhouses

Set on the hill, the two stone farmhouses face south, thus enjoying the sunlight for most of the day. The main farmhouse, with its 235 square meters in plan, is characterized by its large surface with a mainly rectangular shape, from which a small chapel characterized by a characteristic curved wall extends on a corner. The farmhouse, whose roof has mostly collapsed, is spread over several levels. The large surfaces available provide this building with a very high potential.

Next to the previous one there is a further stone house, currently in a ruined state, developed on two levels. This second building, positioned more “upstream” than the previous one, can boast surfaces of over 120 square meters. Included in the sale there are two further independent outbuildings, a well and about one hectare of adjacent land.
