“Project from scratch”

In the project in question it has given due weight to the phase of architectural composition. As of now, the firm has worked to “sew the dress suitable to the character in question.” The main features are basically two: the view and the slope. Views open to 180 degrees on the valley floor and the natural slope of the land, characteristic of the context. Always there was talk of “harmony,” not to alter the existing, to create a “dynamic element”, the less impactful impossible with the use of “local materials” and “modern construction techniques”, offering remarkable comfort. The research and studies have gone in all these directions.

The building consists of two separate but connected  stables and supported on two audiences in c.a (with a bump height of around one meter), all to meet the contours of the terrain and do not make excessive excavations.
