“Demolition – expansion”

The project in question concerns the total demolition of a small volume for agricultural use, expanded under LR 22/2009 (Housing Plan) as a small residential unit in support of the adjacent house. Note the use of materials:

local squared stone for facades, old tiles, cotto tile recovery inside and on the outside veranda, roof beams and wooden plank (bleached inside), kitchen (nearing completion) which has wall with resin treatment and the inclusion of a large stone sink. The same treatment of the walls to the toilet (in two colors), brass fittings and fixtures in wood expertly recovered.

In summary, a safe,friendly, warm space, with the modern comfort but with a flavor of a time.
