Lying on a side of Monte Cagnero, inside the municipality of Urbania, FOR SALE is a stone ruin with land. The property is located at an altitude of about 500 metres above sea level, just 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Urbania. Access to the property is via approximately 400 metres of country road from the provincial road linking Urbania with Piobbico.

The house

Inside the property is a large white stone farmhouse previously arranged on two levels and currently in a ruined state. With its approximately 200 square metres of gross surface area per floor, the building lends itself well both to being used as a residence and to hosting an accommodation building. The panoramic position of the farmhouse also allows an open view of the valley. In its present state, the building has only the walls in local squared stone to determine its perimeter, the roof being completely absent. A short distance from the main farmhouse is a second stone annexe in a slightly raised position that can be used as an dependance or as a covered garage.
