Nestle in the Urbino countryside, not far from its historic center belongs to the UNESCO heritage, FOR SALE renovated brick farmhouse. The farmhouse is located a short distance from the village of Castelcavallino, a small rural hamlet perched on a hill, in a dominant position over the Foglia valley. The property is only ten minutes from the center of Urbino. The farmhouse houses two separate residential units, independent of each other.

The house

The first unit is located on the ground floor with the entrance directly facing the private courtyard on the front of the building.
